It’s black, you play with it, and it makes things happen. What else do you need in life?

Genuine, authentic Xbox controller from Microsoft. Got it on sale. We have tried the cheaper knockoffs in the past, but always come back to these. Works with our older Xbox One X and now the newer Xbox Series X.

It’s nice to have an extra right away, so if a friend comes over then they can play too.

Needed an additional controller and bought this one to match what came with the system.

I got this controller for my mom and she loves it. She has had no problems and loves the colors. I got this before the new controllers, so depending on the price difference pick the one with the colors you like.

It’s a shame these platforms only supply one controller. I went ahead and acquired this to play FIFA 18 against my little boy...he’s good. Highly recommend the 2nd controller and highly recommend playing games with your child. Competition brings out the best in us.

Remote works just as great as OG. Feels a lil more textured on the handles.. i love it.

Bought this as a Christmas present so each of the kids has their own controller. Works great and they love the color selection. Connects well and still haven’t had any issues with the product.

This was for my 15 year old son.and I bought another for two other nephews. My son really wanted it and he loves the blue tooth connectivity. The funny thing is whether you look at the blue color or white color or black color controllers the boxes have different detail information: the only one that says blue tooth was the white controller boxes (and I think the blue) Not sure why the black controller boxes didnt say Bluetooth . The Best Buy staff thought they all should be the same even though the packaging wasn't matching on all three colors. Made me wonder if the other colors even had bluetooth so I didn't pick up any other color except white. So maybe somebody can respond to if that was a packaging mistake and all the new Xbox one controllers have Bluetooth and the boxes are simply not labeled correctly? Also by the way there is not a different controller for the Xbox one and the Xbox one S. So it's the same controller for both systems.

Good quality product, with price comparable to what you would find online. It was better to look at it physically, and buy it on the spot. Buying at store always gives a better feeling that you can return/exchange easily if something is wrong with the product or you don't like it. Bestbuy needs to work on improving the quality of customer service though. Sales staff on the floor should be trained to be courteous with the customers.

The officially licensed wireless xbox one controllers are consistent in their quality, responsiveness and performance. **UPDATE THE FIRMWARE WHEN YOU BUY A NEW REMOTE!! This can be done through the xbox home screen. If you don't update you may encounter many issues like input lag, disconnections, and random powering off of the controller.

My son like the sleek, streamlined design and textured grip and he can take it anywhere in the house.

Much better than my old one. Mainly because my old one kept moving toward. Works great.
