My original XBOX One controller used to crackle and pop when listening to audio using the headphone jack. This new one is perfect. No audio issues, possible due to the longer range it can handle. Also, it seems to be higher quality compared to my original controller. The skin on it is more grippy, and the buttons don't stick like on the original. Overall good purchase. Pros: Great range Good audio quality via the headphone jack Better quality compared to original Was on sale Cons: White needs cleaning often compared to black Overall quality still needs to improve. Buttons and controls are not as "tight" as PS4 controller.

At the moment the controller is great. Good movement and texture to increase grip and a solid weight. But anything can happen. That’s why I got a warranty.

Work like a charm. Cant go wrong with an OEM controller made by Microsoft. Love the color and style. Purchased for a great price on Black Friday.

The game xbox one X, should be something that is better then the other systems on the market today.

the wireless controller works great and pairs nicely with our xbox and it is nice to have different colors for each of the kids

This controller works as good as the original controller I received when I bought the X-box. Unfortunately my African Grey Parrot got to the first one.

Bought this to have at least two controllers for my sons Xbox. It’s a blast playing with him. Controller works flawlessly and to expectations. This is an OEM controller.

I needed to replace my controller so I picked this one up from best buy. The battery life is great, it works as advertised. Works with regular headphones. Bluetooth capable.

Great controller great feel I love it I would highly recommend this controller to anyone looking for a new or replacement one.

This controller feels slightly smaller than the previous model but is still comfortable in the hands (took a couple hours to get used to but no complaints). The surface of the controller is non-slip and quite comfortable and surprisingly has not picked up any dirt/oil residue. This was a slight concern I had since it is white. I really like that the Xbox icon/home button is now flush with the controller housing and more importantly that it is much dimmer than it used to be. The brightness of the old one sometimes bothered me when I was in dark room. Overall, a nice refresh on the previous model.

This controller was for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it. Never has any issues with the controller and picked it because he loves the color scheme. Awesome buy

I bouught it white nevertheless I have black xbox but wanted to change the traditional black color of my old controller. At the end I think I like it more black. Looks better.

TODAYS CONTROLLERS GET A LOT OF ABUSE. NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THIS MODEL. MORE ESIVE MODELS WITH PADDLES HAVE BROKEN AND COST TWICE AS MUCH

Needed a second controller for the Xbox One X. Its black and matches the included controller with the console. It works and was easy to set up and pair with the console.

What can I say, you hit buttons and it works! Lol, but overall feels good in hand and does it job. Just a little pricey that’s all.

Lighter, with better grip, and Bluetooth support for connection to laptops. You don't need to power it with batteries if it's connected via USB for Xbox streaming on Windows 10.
