the first controller i bought had issues took it back the great staff there said no problem and replaced it and it worked as it is supposed too.

You have impairs trigger ment fit for pro gaming rubber gripping on the back also you can remap all buttons too a certain way too make yourself happy

There are cheaper versions of this controller and I've bought them. I also have to return them. This controller feels better to my son and he has had no issues.
