Ball Dropped On Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a huge Xbox fan but Microsoft has really dropped the ball on quality with Xbox One Controllers, especially these new ones that have bluetooth. The xbox button was hard to press and off center. These controllers are know to get stick drift with time and the bumper buttons have a flaw that make them pron to failure. I still think they are some of the best feeling controllers around, super comfortable to play on but given their high price it's annoying how cheap they are. They also only have a 3 month warranty out of the box so don't expect any help from Microsoft. Would recommend buying with a Best Buy extended warranty, that way your at least covered for a year or two.

The textured bottom really feels nice, it is an upgrade from the stock gen 01 Xbox One controller. The other major upgrade is that this has a 3.5mm headphone jack that runs _all_ of the audio from the Xbox One. No need to turn on your sound or TV speakers unless you feel the need! It makes gaming at night super easy now plus it makes voice chat that much easier as well! (as long as you use standard cellphones earbuds that have a microphone.) Looks great too!
