Obviously Microsoft is going to ensure the Xbox One controller does, and it does it well. Bluetooth did not perform well with my PC, but I chalk that up to Bluetooth not being a great protocol for a gaming controller connected to a PC anyway. I got the Xbox One controller USB reciever and now it's flawless.

The only con is how much these controllers are and it doesn't even come with a rechargeable battery.

Although it doesn't seem to have changed that much from previous Xbox consoles, it works well with all game types (i.e. shooters, action/adventure, driving, role playing, etc.). Price point could be lower.
