    I bought this as a secondary controller for an older X-Box One. It connects instantly with the push of a button on both console and remote. It updates easily over wireless. I like the new more grippy texture as it helps prevent accidental drops. Otherwise, it's ergonomically the same as the older controller. Another updated feature I like is the 3.5-mm port headphone jack on the remote itself. My older remote does not have this. Overall, happy and got it at an awesome sub-$40 Black Friday price to boot.
