This controller is very sleak looking with a gray and light blue design. Feels good in my hand and works efficiently!

My son wanted a new controller, so the search began. He thought he would get the classic black but was he surprised when he saw this combo. He loved it. I got a thumbs up and a "cool" with this amazing black Friday deal.

I am a PC gamer and a mouse and keyboard guy, so after doing research trying to decide weather to get an XB1 or PS4 controller for my PC for playing certain types of games (racing, indie, etc.), I ultimately decided on the XB1 controller for its official support and additional functionality. The question was then "which theme do I get?" I was tempted to get just a standard black controller and save the extra money but I was able to score myself a deal and only pay a few extra dollars for this beautiful controller. In all honesty, I don't believe any pictures I've seen online do it justice. In person, the colours seem to be better balanced, the gold is more of a subtle touch and less of a IT'S GOT GOLD ON IT, and the overall pattern and design is very classy. This is also an extremely well built controller and I have full confidence that it is going to last me a long time. Also, the textured triggers are much more subtle than they appear to be in the pictures and, in my opinion, add an additional level of comfort and confirmation to your finger placement. One thing I do have to make note of is the audio jack. In an age where the audio jack seems to be ignored by mainstream audiences, us gamers and audiophiles know the power of that 3.5mm port. However, if you are connecting your controller to your PC via Bluetooth, you will not be able to use the audio pass-through. If you do wish to to use the jack, you will either be required to connect your controller to your PC via a USB cable (completely defeating the purpose of it being wireless), or you will need to purchase the "Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10". All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend it to any gamer, PC or console.

Had to purchase a second controller as we have two kids. You would think the console would come with two. Besides the color, the controller performs just like the one that came with The set. Can’t tell the difference.

These new controllers feel a lot better in hand. They have more grip due to the texturing. The black and white look really good in person.
