    I bought controller as bday gift and within three weeks I had to exchange. Soon after the 14 day policy the controller gave out. Luckily the store did still accept to exchange the product. Purchased warranty for it this time. I don't want to think bestbuy is selling defective products for customers to feel compelled to buy warranty.

    It is very slippery and difficult to hold on to. I think if the hand held part had grips it would be better

    The center Xbox button sometimes takes a couple extra pushes to start up the controller....only flaw that I've had.

    The controller is better than previous, the thumb sticks are really responsive. Make sure to grab the battery charger though.
