    In general it works fine. The only complaint I have it that on some occasions, it will disconnect from the Xbox then immediately reconnect. It will pause the game or pop up the ‘reconnect controller’ notification. This is t great when playing an online multiplayer like Call of Duty.

    We’ve only had this controller for less than two months and the earphone jack is already loose. Most of our two year old controllers lasted two years before developing problems from wear and tear. This one might be going back for a replacement.
