Overall it’s a great controller

I use it wirelessly with BlueTooth on my Desktop Computer. I am new to gaming and I wanted something solid and reliable. I bought this in May, I am still on my first set of batteries. I am only doing casual gaming with No Mans Sky, so I can't really speak to latency and other high performance gaming topics. Would recommend.

Still holding up pretty good actually better than my elite series 2 which developed stick drift in 11 months

It is solid made, easy to grip, comfortable to hold even for long periods and is solid feeling. It allows auto sign-in and other shortcuts that I am sure the gamers will discover and love. The white color has stayed clean but would likely have chosen a "black" to make sure heavy use doesn't discolor it. Overall, like the system is well made and works great very good product, only wish all the other products I bought were made the same way!!!

I think the top of the controller is one piece of plastic rather than two. The piece around the XBox light is a part of the lower piece, which I've never seen before.

It functions like a standard controller with a few added touches. Mostly though, it has a specific design which is why you would choose it if you need another controller. Whether it is because you like how it looks or to easily distinguish one person's controller from another, the design feature helps. However, like most wireless controllers they do not come cheap.

The Xbox controller is far superior to the PlayStation 3. I'm not sure if the PlayStation 3 controller has changed since they made the 4 so all I can compare is the PlayStation 3 to this Xbox controller. It is more ergonomical and the feel of it is so soft. You can play for hours in more comfort and when your hands get sweaty the controller doesn't slip like my PlayStation 3 one did. I still like love my PlayStation 3 but this new Xbox controller is a game changer for sure!
