Bestbuy customer service was very helpful and even matched the price from another local retailer. We’ve had no issues with the controller and my grandson is happy.

Well built reliable and dependable controller

Sticks and button controls are effective and crisp - much better than several other brands of controllers for the xbox. Take it out of the box, connect it to the xbox (controller setup button on xbox and the new controller) and it's good to go. Good job MICROSOFT!

Better Controller

Without spending a fortune on the Elite controller, I don't think you will be disappointed for the money.
