At least with the type of products I buy anyway. One of the things that attracts me the most to shopping at Best Buy is their geek squad service and warranty's. anytime I've needed them the service is always fast accurate and friendly unlike others Roma es I've shopped. Walmart literally lost my info on a warranty online and all and since then I've always gone to Best Buyz although I wish one would open closer to me lol

Works and feels just like you would expect an Xbox controller to feel. it has a texture on the back in the plastic that makes it more grippable, and the triggers also have the same grip.
