Went to the store and they had plenty in stock. As I am not a gamer, I am relying on him for his comments. He said the controller works good and is just what he wanted. Easy to use and light weight. He loves the color red and he is very happy with this gift.

I truly wish that Xbox would change from the AA battery-operated controller to something more easily rechargeable without having to purchase an accessory. It doesn't seem like that will happen anytime soon. If you like the color scheme this remote is a solid choice.
