The only issue is that the port for the headset gets damaged easily and stops working. Remember that you likely have a warranty still so don't try to repair it yourself contact Microsoft and get it replaced.

In this case that is true because of the design and quality. It is more expensive but will be worth the cost in the long run. I did give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the cost though.

The controller works well after a couple months I'm just a little worried about the headphone jack which seems to have become slightly loose.

Good controller, but...

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the fact that in the less than three years I've owned my Xbox One, this makes my third controller (and none have been abused).
I would recommend this to a friend easy to use for both pc and xbox.

When used wired, the controller is compatible with any standard micro USB cable so it's easy to replace with a longer one if desired. We hope you have a lot of fun with your new controller.

The audio turns off by itself with the mic so chat sucks. I really don’t care about charging but they could fix that too
