I purchased the blue Xbox one controller as a replacement for a broken controller. The thumb sticks are always the first to go on these so I got the extended warranty as well.

Came on time works fine and snappy lol brought it as a gift for the wife she was very happy to see the delivery driver will be shopping online again

Just a plain ol' remote, that's going to endure hours of pressing, tapping and falling. No need to buy pricier remotes when will work just as well.

Purchased two of these to add to our existing controllers. My kids love the slight texture on the skin and we've had no issues with connectivity.

Best Buy exclusive color. Great color blue and keeps 5 people from fighting over which controller is the one they use. Also being the new design with Bluetooth can use on PC too.

Good Xbox controller for Xbox X and S series or Windows PC. I got a good sale price for this on Black Friday so that was a plus.

This product has no issues. A classic Xbox controller. Mine had no sticky buttons or any issues with the sticks. I'd recommend buying this open box.

I looked online and found BB price was not the lowest price but they honored that lower price. BB will always get my business.

My nephew loved this controller! It was a Christmas gift for him. He is still using it now at the end of May and hasn’t had any complaints.

I really like the controller. The only negative thing I have to say about it really is a personal preference. I think that a bit more weight to it would be nice to give it a more robust feel, and I would like to see more bundle deals that include the play and charge kit

This controller works great but it would be nice, at some point, for controllers not to break so easily. I know, first world problems.

I bought the warranty on this since my son keeps breaking them. I don't know if it's the quality of the controller or the abuse it gets from my son. This is our third controller.

works just as we expected it to. Color choice was good. Would be nice if the price would go down but not expecting that miracle

It feels great when playing games although, I was expecting a textured grip like the elite controller but the texture gives it a good feel. The buttons have a softer push to them especially the bumpers. The audio jack is a great addition as well as bluetooth but I have yet to try that functionality.

Feeling good! Feels great! So far I really like it. Very responsive and much better than a previous return of another Xbox controller.

Bought this controller for use with my gaming pc. So far so good. Hasn’t had any trouble with connecting or getting disconnected.

Always loved stock Xbox controllers and this is exactly what that is. It’s textured on the back too which is a pretty nice feel!

Definitely need to get an additionall controller if you're planning to play any multiplayer games. This Microsoft controller is awesome; super responsive and very ergonomic.

Great controller for some reason buying one at another company’s store seems different than from Best Buy. Will stick with best buy
