Constantly needs replacing as buttons wear out and won’t work and thumb sticks drift or refuse to work altogether. So sad because 360 controllers usually held up well.

Worn surfaces, sticky buttons, and that new controller smell validate this purchase. But....................m Can a Nerd get some bluetooth!!!! Please, xbox make our lives simple and add Bluetooth headset support.

This is where the Best Buy warranty is a must have. My son is somewhat hard on his electronics so we've had some problems with buttons getting stuck and slow charging.
