||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would of given a 4 or 5 but the only reason I purchased this controller is because it has a 3.5mm jack in addition to the expansion slot so there is no need for an adapter to use a headset. But straight out of the box the 3.5mm jack did not work with any of my headsets or headphones. I spent over 2 hours with Microsoft support who finally told me to return it to the retailer.. then when I tried to return it Customer Service told me I couldn't without a paper receipt even though I am a rewards member and my transactions are there to see. I am heading back again today to try to exchange it.
