Have had issues with some of the controls becoming loose and therefore not working properly. We have found purchasing the insurance is a good investment.

It fits in your hands nicely. Suggest getting rechargeable batteries, you'll spend a small fortune in AA batteries. Wireless signal is about 25 feet.
