This one fits the bill good. The main thing for me was it had a 3.5mm headphone/chat port on it, which my other two controllers from my first gen xbone did not have.

Just be weary, if you play Warzone a lot, the left joystick will likely begin to stick from all that sprinting. Highly recommend getting the warranty :)
