It is lighter and just feels cheaper then the original. So far it has worked well, nothing as broken, has withstood a few drops.

It took some time to get use to but now feels normal to me after a couple months. It seems like xbox controllers are built a little more solid.

It's great to hear that your nephew is loving his new Xbox wireless controller. Just to clarify, while this controller is compatible with all Xbox One consoles and Windows 10 PCs, it is not compatible with Xbox 360. We hope your nephew is having a lot of fun with it, though!
