The d-pad is concave and you can really feel the movement. The sticks are not as tight as I would like them to be, but otherwise it's a fantastic controller and my favorite controller out of all the consoles I own

It is great in white because it matches the Xbox one console. The controller is extremely comfortable to use and is very responsive. I recommend anyone who buys an Xbox one to pick this up at the time of purchase as Best Buy offers a discount on the price.
