I've had many other Xbox one x controllers and this feels like the best so far. Most get stuck buttons or stick drift within the first few months. I'm about few months into this one and it is still 100%. The textured triggers are a nice upgrade

My husband doesn't like it for playing his video games, like Battlefield. He said it is very stiff compared to the ones we have. The kids haven't complained about their games, though. I only use it for Netflix, so I actually like it better than the "loose" controller.

This controller is pretty good. I didn’t give it a 5 star because of the sticks. On the first day I purchased the controller, the sticks we’re getting stuck either to the right or left. I thought they were defective. However, I continued playing with them and sure enough they haven’t done it since. This was the first time I ever had a controller do that.

Our family enjoys playing Xbox One games & their controllers are very "ergonomic" too: doesn't hurt your hands/fingers when playing & they feel comfortable in your hands when playing. I highly recommend getting wireless ones too, so you can move throughout the room you're playing in.

This control has had some problems with 3.5mm input and connection. You have to buy Geek Squad protection if you buy this controller.

Xbox One S is smaller than the original Xbox One and it comes with a base to stand it upright. The 4K player will be nice to have once I upgrade my TV. The graphics continue to be great and the X Box platform continues to blow away the Sony PS4. It's easy to navigate through and set up multiplayer games. The only thing Microsoft should improve is the loading time for some of the games and the amount of updates that need to be downloaded.

Comfortable controller! Used it for my PC gaming. Prior to this controller, I primarily used the PS4 remotes...I can say after months of usage, this controller is much more comfortable and feels natural while gaming.

Ordering online and pickup was so easy, only downfall is the pick up stickers they place on the products , when these gifts are from Santa. Thankfully most of them peeled off easily. As far as the remote my son said he loves the feel of this blue remote.

Bought this controller on sale to replace on that was starting to go. The joysticks are so smooth that it took some getting used to initially. Once I eventually got the feel of it, it became one of my favorite controllers.
