Great overall controller does what it says it will do

I bought this as a open box in excellent condition unit. What I received was a disgusting mess used and crusty. I have purchased one of these before new and it works like a charm not a problem in 2 years. But apparently some best buy employees have quality control issues.

I definitely used this a lot and held up great. During COVID I did end up getting an elite 2 which is awesome. However, I would recommend getting the protection plan as staying at home gaming a lot puts a lot of wear on the controller.

Picked this up after my last Xbox One PC controller died on me. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me picked up a service plan so I can replace it if it breaks on me. Something that I should've gotten for the first controller.

After running my last Xbox 1 controller into the ground, I needed a replacement. This was not just a replacement, but an upgrade. Feels great in the hand, better weight distribution than the ones that came when XB1 first launched. Highly Recommend.

Instructions included and even information on web on how to connect wireless was in the wrong order...kept trying to use provided method and thought i just got a bad controller..finally decided to reverse order they showed and it worked.

Very responsive. I dig it better than the dualshock 4. I hated on batteries before but now I'm for em. The rechargables anyway. Lasts way longer. Vibration is way better than the dualshock. A bit pricey but ehhh.

At least in my experience, this is probably the best wireless controller you can use for PC gaming. I use this when playing Modern Warfare or other games. I did return mine here, but I found a cheaper set online.

I bought this to play Minecraft on the computer with my kids but I can’t get to work with the game. Works awesome on the Xbox but on computer for that particular game for me didn’t work.

This controller works great on an Xbox or a PC. There’s not much to expand on. It’s no different than the controller that comes with the system, but it comes with the dongle to use it with a computer.

The controller was ready for use out of the box. There is no need to install any software just plug in the usb receiver and connect via Bluetooth. I Had no issues with the product whatsoever. Very pleased with this purchase!

Four grandsons have reached the age where their gaming requires more than a mouse. Can't afford the best, but this was close enough for their needs. Best Buy is my go to for reliability, support and fair pricing.

The Xbox one controller is one of my favorite controllers so I decided to buy one for my casual pc games. Unfortunately I am experiencing connection issues just outside the return period so I am stuck looking for a fix

This device is perfect for my extension from the laptop and turn into a console, the installation is easy and fast, the response of the controler is fast and the receiver to. For me is perfect.

This is an awesome pc controller. I just wish that it would recharge. That is the only thing that I don't like about it. I've had it for over 2 months and haven't had to change the batteries yet so I can't complain. :-)

As one might expect from Microsoft, thius was easy to setup and pair with my Windows computer. Its response with my games is right on the money, especially Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Assassin Creed Odessy.

Using this controller entails a lot of backdoor workarounds getting the wireless adapter to be recognized properly. Once you get past that, it's great. But for a casual pc user/gamer, it may be more work that what worth.

Tried updating drivers, purchased different battery packs, and of course just outside the warranty period. Works as expected with cable though.

This bundle comes with the PC adapter to do wireless controller mode with full audio. This bundle was cheaper than just buying a controller separately, so the only downside is you can only buy the black style.

Had a terrible connection via bluetooth on my PC for the xbox controller even after upgrading my wifi/bluetooth chip. Plug and play basically and the response time is perfect.
