When I first purchased it, I thought that i could just plug in and it would automatically sync but I ended up having to go through trash to get the instructions to learn what I did wrong. This could just be new glitch with the one console but now that it is completely hooked up I am saving a lot of money on batteries.

This is a great add on to the XBox as you can recharge and save money on batteries. I would recommend this to any gamer, casual or serious. Think of all the money you would save. Love it.

Sadly since the system only comes with one controller we had to of course have a second, prolly a third and fourth soon enough, the price on these never changes but the quality is great.

I needed two controllers for gaming and this was the ticket. It's the same as what ships with Xbox One and gives no advantage/disadvantage to whoever uses it compared to the original.

this is a great controller. However it is a little expensive. I know this is common for your gaming devices.

Didn't know it was used because the used sticker was hidden under the theft device they put on the package.

I had been using disposable batteries in my x1 controller and they have died always within a week or so after buying this device I no longer have to worry about that issues.

I have had no problems with this controller yet. My only problem would be the price for the product.

using wireless controller with play and charge kit. really convienet for long lasting play. no more searching for good batteries in the dresser drawer. hassle free gaming

It was truly amazing to me that in 2015 Xbox One was still shipping with controllers running on standard AA batteries. So much better to be able to recharge.

It works. The price is steep though. I wish the 360 controllers would work with the Xbone One.

Yes the remotes are expensive, but you dont have to buy any batteries, and it last a long time

The chord length is perfect, the battery holds a charge like a Flux Capacitor. Definitely worth upgrading to save yourself from switching batteries and having wireless.

The Xbox One controller is an upgrade on the 360 controller in my opinion. You save a few dollars by buying this bundle instead of purchasing the charge kit separately.

The controller with the rechargeable battery pack is great, worth every penny, beats having to buy batteries every other week if you are a serious gamer, like me.

Well I'm not happy that you're forced to buy an additional controller to play a game that's clearly designed to be played by multiple players at a time... I think that Microsoft should include both hand controllers in the initial purchase of the unit... I'd only recommend it to a friend because the game is more fun when you play with a friend!

The xbox one controller is very responsive and a great way to interact with your games. The play and charge kit is an essential addition that ensures you never need batteries again. The controller and kit is a little pricey, but no more so than current gen systems so good value overall.

good price, a play and charge kit is a must have in my opinon it will save you tons on batteries, plus if you play with friends at home you'll want another controller
