It is a good product, very useful as it will save you money in replacing batteries, what I don't like is that you need to buy it, the controller by default should have a rechargeable usb battery like Play Station. It takes some time to charge but it is good that you don't need an extra charger for it.

This controller makes all other controllers feel like a Dreamcast controller. Simply put, this thing is top notch and it actually molded itself to my hands after several hours of use. Now it feels like it was made for my hands.

Wanted to get a second controller for the xbox one as well as a plug and play charging kit. Bundle price was about 5 to 7 dollars less than buying them individually. Everything works as intended, so there are no complaints.

The Xbox One Wireless controller is great. Microsoft didn't make many changes from the 360 controller (and they didn't need to) but the ones they did are perfect. The triggers feel smoother and now have their own feedback.

The new Xbox One controller takes everything great about the old Xbox 360 controller and tightens it up. The rumble triggers add a lot to gameplay and the sticks and buttons have great feedback to them. A great controller!

Very good much better than its predecessor you can charge it out-of-the-box you need batteries which are included with your Xbox one console but if you buy a play and charge kit t it does not have very long battery life

I love xbox controllers, they feel so comfortable and the analog sticks are great. They don't make you feel tired when playing and aren't heavy. Super great to use with fighting games and sports games.

You need the controller to play the games, so you have to have it! The controller is a nice size, feels balanced and solid, and ergonomic for your hands. The only gripe is that if you play intense games requiring lots of thumbsticks action, the rubber tips on the thumbsticks wear out. You should get the warranty to compensate...

Good Controller for xbox one. Very glad to grab this.

Only issue is with play and charge kit. Sometimes randomly controller will lose power momentarily when not plugged in even when power is fully charged, but is pretty rare. Have two and happens to both

This item is much more convenient but it's only a rechargeable battery with a cord which is the same as a charger for certain phones. Whereas that's convenient it's rather pricy for what it actually is. I already had the cord it comes with so would just need a battery which is overpriced-not to the fault of best buy.
