Awesome but overpriced
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't had the chance to test this out on games of course, but this controller feels exactly like it should. The d-pad is clickier, the triggers are thumpier, and the matte finish feels great in the hand. Even the USB cable feels premium (and is about 10 feet long). My only issue really is that I have to pay $75 to get the features my PS4 controllers already give me. Brought down to $60, this would be a steal.

Good controller questionable battery design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Controller and charger are good but battery pack is using a proprietary battery which is more expensive to replace and shouldn't be necessary with this expensive of a controller. Charging works fine; although, under heavier gaming, battery didn't last any better than a good quality double A set of batteries like what is in the separate cheaper wireless kit. If proprietary battery isn't an issue then this is a good kit as it includes both but overall costs will be higher long term with it. The cable is long enough in the kit as well so you don't have to be sitting right on top of the console to use it.
