I personally would never put my debit or credit card on the Xbox, no matter how "secure" it claims to be. I've seen too many screw ups. But these cards save you all the hassle.

Used a $5 rewards certificate for on a $15 Microsoft gift card. I wish they had a $10 card in store but I couldn't find one. Redeems instantly on the Microsoft site.

Not all of these have QR codes, but if you have Kinect you can simply say Xbox use a code and hold the QR code up to the camera. It will automatically add points to your account.

This card was for my grandson, and he is nine. I also purchased a card for my niece.
