I have purchased my son three headsets all with the same problem. The microphone stops working but the earpiece works. Spend a few more bucks and get a better model.

When ms finally changed from the convoluted ms point sys to the actual dollar amounts, it made more sense and you knee how much you're spending on dlc or other online features.

I don't know much to say other that this is soley for the purchase of Microsoft points. It really isn't a product to review other than I bought pointd and I consumed them.

We purchase these cards so our teen can order gaming products for his Xbox without us having to provide a credit card online.

My card was not activated when I got it after purchase. Could not enter code to use it.

Its a gift card... what could go wrong? well the wax under the scratch part could rub off and make it impossible to read the code.. have a nice trip back to BB

Never got my order i tried to contact them and they just said they couldn't do anything About it

Found out you can't use these to purchase Xbox Live Gold memberships. You also can't get your money back once you put it in your Microsoft account

My son was given a Best Buy gift card from his school coordinator for participating in a job class and he brought it into the store to purchase the game card just to be told he couldn’t use I didn’t understand the logic to that and I don’t think it’s fair the card was purchased from the store why can’t you purchase the items from the store

So I purchased this gift card for the family to use. My son wanted to use $10 of it on his account. The entire $50 was dumped into that account and is now irretrievable. Microsoft support was no help whatsoever. Didn’t even try to help. They just said the gift card cannot be shared or transferred and there’s no way to get that money back out of the account it was redeemed in, even though the accounts are linked by family sharing.

Purchased this card for my sons friend who had surgery. When he went to use the card it said it was already redeemed. My sons friend told him it didn’t work. I had to call the mom and apologize for it not working and send her the receipt and she had to get it handled with Microsoft. How embarrassing is that?!?! She eventually got the money back on the card.

Great gift card for Xbox gaming work for what we need

Microsoft makes it easy to credit their store to purchase items online for games. Better than using a credit card online.

I very rarely go in store anymore and thought it was great that I could purchase Gift Cards online. WRONG!!! They did not activate the cards. These were given as gifts and it is very embarrassing when the receiver cant even use them!!! Will not buy from Best Buy AGAIN! This was multiple gift cards, not just one instance!

Didn’t come Activated. Which I did not realize. Now the person I gave an gift to on Christmas has the gift, and it doesn’t work. Plus they live in a different state. Tried to call Best Buy for a day to get a resolution, and by the time a Guy picked up he placed me on hold For 40 minutes then hung up on me. So yeah, one start from me.

Very simply, just points. Not much to say. Gives access to arcade games, indie games, ad ons, and anything else that is on the xbox marketplace.

Seriosly, its a gift card for your xbox. You can sometimes get them from stores for less than face value.

Got for a present so that the recipient could get the game or dlc they wanted and I would be the hero. Yay me.

I gave some of those gift cards to friends and I used the rest to give to my little brother which made everyone happy.

I have been waiting for this gift card for weeks. Last update shown is Dec 6 and it just says it will be delayed! No option to cancel or get an e-card instead. This is crazy, would not recommend ordering a gift card in the future from here. Everything else delivered on Dec 7. Obviously this is lost. Very disappointed!
