Gave to nephew on Christmas and had no money on it! DON'T buy gift cards from BEST BUY!!!

They should just let you buy these for any denomination or a straight cash for xbox credit refill like debit gift cards

The personnel at the store was terrible, even had an associate walk away after I asked for help and told me somebody else to help me. Additionally, had the monitor a day and it started having issues and will not stay on. Now I have the box it up take it back and start over.

Hard to review a gift card. But no problems. We were able to redeem it immediately!

Is not bad price but when you buy something on the game have to pay extra for tax when you already pay for the card

I bought this and it didn't work. I immediately contacted BestBuy. I waited a week and they never contacted me back. I went in and, while the staff were very nice, they told me I had to work with Microsoft to resolve the problem. It has been several weeks since I bought this and my issue still hasn't been resolved. Neither BestBuy nor Microsoft has taken ownership of this issue.

Hi, I have been trying to activate both cards on the Microsoft account with out success.. I have been getting the message "this code is not valid, please check your code and try again" looks like none of the cards have been activated... yet I will appreciate you immediately assistance.. there some offers that I wil like to obtain (FIFA points) and they offers ends in 90 min aprox...

These cards are an easy way to give someone Xbox credit to buy something they want.

I highly recommend buying these in person. I have bought a few online from best buy that they forgot to activate.

One of the two cards I gave my grandson was empty. It had been used by scammers, probably part of the current scheme to steal value of gift cards.
