I mean, who makes a scratch without the sniff? That’s the tea question here.

Bought a $50 card for my son and when we scratched the code the printing came right off so only 15 numbers were showing. The last ten were completely missing. Now we need to figure out how to get money refunded, if thats even possible. Do yourself a favor and buy this online. Have the code emailed as part of the process. Do not buy the card in-store.

Just a warning can't be used to buy xbox live membership. Doesn't make sense but you can't.

Card wasn’t activated and when tried getting card activated with receipt it wasn’t the same card per the receipt so they wouldn’t activate. Have to run around trying to get the card that is in my possession activated. Terrible Christmas gift.

Order never arrived. Chat box told me a refund would be issued. That never happened either. No number to call. Grandson's birthday present.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and the code wasn't activated. Then, called the support number to get help and couldn't find my information regarding this purchase. Better off buying in person or buying directly from Microsoft.

The card allows for purchases on xbox live. It's good for going digital with games, movies, and music.

Dont but xbox card the card was redeem and xbox live will not help you at all even with a rec and card. It bs xbox dont help you fix this problem so 1 out of the 2 card us not us that i payed for so in the end it was a waste of money xbox dont give a carp about us it all bout there money

It's Microsoft points that's all. You use it to buy things on xbox.

The card wasn’t activated when we tried to use it it wasn’t working and tried calling the store and the people there were very rude

I enjoy having several entertains options with the Xbox console - games, movies, shows, music, etc!

Parents are some how forced to spent that's the way the games are designed
