Would love to rate this higher. But BB decided you can no longer purchase 3rd party gift cards using BestBuy rewards dollars or BestBuy gift cards. Really disappointed in this company

I just got a $100 Xbox gift card delivered today and when I go to put in the code I get a message on my Xbox saying This code is not yet active. Contact the merchant to activate this code. Never again will I buy I physical gift card from Best Buy

It happened again. I should have leaned my first time this happened! The gift card was supposed to be a Christmas present. When the person receiving the gift tried it, it was not activated. Back to the store I go - ugh!!!

If you buy XBox cards from Best Buy online, they do not come activated. Nobody tells you this and then getting them activated is a nightmare. I gave these to my nephew as a Christmas present, and of course, they did not work. My sister (his mom) called Microsoft who said they weren't activated and that they have had a lot of problems with cards purchased at Best Buy. She then called Best Buy customer service and they said you have to take them to a store to be activated. She took them to the nearest store and 3 people tried to activate them but couldn't. A fourth person explained that you have to do it over the phone but have to call a tech support number, not customer service. They tried for her but couldn't get through. She left and called me. I then had to call the tech support people the next day and after going through the entire menu system and getting a person, I was transferred to the "right" people where I sat on hold for a half hour and then was hung up on. I called back and went through it all again and after another half hour finally got someone who was able to help me. After activation, they worked, but I will never buy from Best Buy again.

It's a gift card. What is there really to review??

MY issue is with purchases on Xbox live.There is tax so if you wanted a 20$ game, you would need another $1.20.PSN doesn't include tax so why does Xbox live.So with these Xbox gift cards you're always left with not enough or paying for a 25$ gift card for a 20$ game.

It keeps my grandson entertained. He always asks me for these.

It is what it is. Not much you can say about a gift card.
