Bought this card for my niece as a Christmas Gift and tried to redeem this gift card, followed instructions to the "T", and the card just doesn't work. We've tried to enter the code 5 times and each time it does not work. and the card is not returnable. Sold me a defective gift card.

as if the xbox itself isn't enough... Microsoft continues to rack up the charges for most games and multiplayer games... not really happy about that...

Ordered a gift card on app and got it delivered to home and they didn't get the right card to me and got a different card thats inactive. I will never purchase another one off the app again. Would leave no stars but wont let me.

I typed in the code when I went to redeem it, and it said that the code isn't active yet. What??? Best Buy sold a gift card that's not valid? I can't understand how this happened

Recently i purchased 2 tv Vizio ang lg sale man was knowledgeable about the products very good guy best buy needs more like him.the problem can when i got a calling saying the Vizio was on back order i was very upset because the item was in Stock and the time of purchasing and setting up the installation and delivery but the sale came to the rescue he took care of it say he apologized for the mistake
