Just go in person. It's quicker. Tech is saying I might get a code within 24 hours, but it's not guaranteed and I might have to call them back. The whole point of this digital service is for it to be convenient and this isn't convenient at all.

This was a deal purchased on bestbuy.com via the Deal of the Day link where I bought it for $20 and received a bonus $5 code. Overall, I received $30 in xbox currency for $20. These cards are so useful when purchasing items on the xbox store.

Horrible customer service. Received a gift card that was not activated. Told me to comtact XBox, XBox told me to work with you as the retailer. Something simple turned into a 2 day back and forth. You and your people refused to listen or even look at the documentatiom. Way to lose a customer over a simple $25 item.

We ordered this online and had it mailed to us with other items. We ordered 2 $15.00 XBOX cards, 1 worked and 1 wasn't activated. I looked at my order and it looks like Best Buy sent the wrong card due to the numbers don't match. I spent over an hour on chat trying to fix and they said it would be an hour and should be loaded. Still isn't a day later and I have to call Best Buy today to try to get corrected.

You get xbox money while gaining Xbox rewards, what could be bad?

Got this for $10 from Best Buy because of my reward points.

xbox and or best buy call their currency 'gift cards". So then when you buy an xbox and say get a $50 best buy gift card, you cannot use that $50 to purchase xbox points to buy the games best buy doest even have in stock. a flawed and almost con - like system. your sales-people on the floor need to be informed so that they stop spreading mis-information such as this to customers like me. ( i was literally told to buy ms points via bb.com w/ the gift card and then buy the halo game they didnt have, and voila im 'saved')

Best buy sent something I never ordered and tried to charge me more than its face value. I have tried to deal with them for removal of these charges but just get phone calls with no resolution. I will never do any more business with Best Buy.
