I bought a $100 Xbox gift card for a Christmas gift for my son. I bought it through Best Buy, put it on my Best Buy card. It doesn't work. Best Buy live-chat customer service says they can see activation failed, but REFUSE to help me in any way!!! I spent $100 on NOTHING!!!!!!
