I purchased a 50 dollar Xbox live store gift card and it was an exceptional purchase. First thing I noticed was that they don't charge tax on the gift card. Then I was able to use the gift card very easily. Just entered the code on my Xbox and it was available asap.

Great gift for anyone at anytime. Put the code in xbox and BAMM you have cash to buy anything you want. Even works on a family xbox account. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I like to buy these because my kids are always asking for extras on their games, whether it's a DLC or something else, and these are great because I don't have to put in my credit card info on their XBoxes so they don't "accidentally" charge more than I want them to.

Perfect gift for kids that are hooked on video games

My grandson asked for this for his birthday. I don't know much about the xbox games so I went to the Best Buy and was guided on what to purchase. It was the perfect gift and made him very happy. It's not easy to buy for an 18 year old and this was perfect.

These make great gift cards or stocking stuffers for gamers. I use them when I don't want to be billed on a credit card and control how much the family spends. Buying things is pretty easy to accidentally do on the console. The only caveat is that if you plan to buy a digital xbox 360 game with these cards, you have to log onto a 360 and use it with that console, it does not work with buying 360 games on an xbox one, one S, or X. It has something to do with the servers for billing being different. To clarify: you can buy games for the intended console, but not for cross-platform buying.

If you don’t mind micro transactions or buying digital games straight from Microsoft Xbox store, and you are reluctant to put your credit card info on there. These are a must either way. I get mine from Best Buy to get mybestbuy rewards points.

When you spend the money on Xbox points through Best Buy, it's like a BOGO every time. Earn the Reward points for something you are gonna buy anyway.... all my Xbox One games are downloaded from points bought live through the store. No discs to haul, but I am still racking points. No brainer.

My husband used the $50 to buy the call of duty: Black ops 3 season pass.He loved having the actual card bought from the store. Buying the credits on the xbox makes him feel a little uneasy because Microsoft could take more money then what is needed...and it has happened to him before.

I love these cards! I feel safe using these gift cards instead of using my own credit card info, Xbox is pretty secure but these days, “one never knows”, also I like to keep extras as “way to go” gifts for my kids when grades stay up. It’s a win win!
