I have played more games through the service without purchasing them individually, and has reduced my monthly gaming costs I would have spent.

Game pass card arrived without Mystery item

I spoke to Chat Support but they said they are unable to send the missing part. They suggested going to a physical store to ask about the missing part. When I look online, this item is not available in store, so i don’t think ill be getting my Starfield item.

The Absolute best value in gaming.

Full stop. There are so many choices of games and genres it is actually staggering. Game Pass Ultimate consolidates the need for Xbox Live Gold (to play online with other people on Xbox) Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass for consoles. They have also added in the ability to stream games to your cell phone with the Game Pass Ultimate tier, which adds even more value to this service. They add new games every month while some games leave the service every month. They are always adding more games than they lose however; and the current time a game is on Game Pass is 1 year from the date they are added. If you really like a game you are playing on Game Pass, they also discount the price by 20% if you'd like to purchase to own it. 1st party games (Games that are created or published by Microsoft and the studios they own) never leave the service. They are there for good!
