    I placed an order my order and while it was delivered in a timely manner when I received my game pass card and went to enter it into the Microsoft website it said that it was not activated by the retailer so I figured hey no harm no foul lets call total tech support and experience the support that I pay for. I got a very rude woman named Georgina who said it was my problem and I needed to go back into the store and or call back when the correct dept was open. when I asked if I could have a call back she said that was not her job and I was told it was my problem I was not sent the correct card. I don't know why I pay for the total tech at this point. I paid for 3 months of gamepass and i got nothing and told it was my fault.
