But this time I was very disappointed, order arrived in a timely manner, but the order was missing an item and was not mentioned or replaced. I feel I should have been made aware of this before it shipped, but wasn't.

I bought two 3 month cards this pay, and next pay I’ll buy two more so he can get the full year.
