Just to clarify, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a different service from Xbox Live Gold; it combines the benefits of Xbox Game Pass for Xbox, Xbox Game Pass for PC, and Xbox Live Gold into one service, which is why it costs more than Xbox Live Gold on its own. Myself and other users of these types of products have all had situations where "scratching" to reveal the code has rendered the code un-readable. I did not have that issue here.

The Best Buy representative I spoke with refused to even hear my complaint. They also stated that since there was a picture of the delivery on the tracking system then that means Best Buy is not at fault, despite the shipment excluding the item. What a joke of a company on minor things like this where they won't even make it right for customers.

It has incorporated online multi-player "Xbox Live" and playable game library "Xbox Game Pass" into an all-in-one package. It can seem pricey; but if you purchase it during a sale, it is well worth it. If you already have one of the memberships prepaid, you won't lose it. Ultimate converts it at cost, into Ultimate time allowance.
