My husband also purchased one and did not receieve the collectable, too. He also had a very hard time getting a refund. Best Buy, if you do not have the collectable, take down this item listing.

The best part of making the jump was that Microsoft upgraded my unused gold time to ultimate for free!

Especially when it is on sale and extends your current membership is on digital and keeps auto-renewing. It just adds on from when you added and then your subscription continues from there.

There's a ton of great content in the game pass library and it's a steal for a $15 monthly fee. It can also often be found on sale which is awesome.
