    Great price compared to Microsoft store. Priced otherwise at $14.99 per month, it's not worth the money, for me anyway. I only play a few games that I own and don't really take advantage of the free games that come with the Ultimate pass.

    No collectible sent. Online support told me to go to a local store for the item, local store staff told me online support has to help since I bought it online. Literally no one will help.

    As another review noted, there was no collectable. The item was a generic ultimate game pass 3 month card. This is fairly unsavory marketing, but the package contents after closer inspection lists only the 3 month card. Do not buy this if you are wanting the additional items.

    We have ordered this twice. Neither time did the Starfield collectable show up. Support advised to go to the store. The store says they cannot order this item. Do not order this if you are expecting the Starfield Collectable.
