    No collectible sent. Online support told me to go to a local store for the item, local store staff told me online support has to help since I bought it online. Literally no one will help.

    As another review noted, there was no collectable. The item was a generic ultimate game pass 3 month card. This is fairly unsavory marketing, but the package contents after closer inspection lists only the 3 month card. Do not buy this if you are wanting the additional items.

    We have ordered this twice. Neither time did the Starfield collectable show up. Support advised to go to the store. The store says they cannot order this item. Do not order this if you are expecting the Starfield Collectable.

    Got a great deal during the holidays for ultimate game pass, now finally with cloud gaming, you don't have download some of the awful games they have, you can stream and test before downloading
