I didn't understand that I needed to join XBox live to get one of the games that was included in the combo! Downloads can be lengthy.

Bad support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the new 360 unit and controller did not work so had to borrow a controller and pay to ship broken one back many weeks later they send me the wrong controller and still not replaced right yet. Head phones do not work also and was told by support I could buy some. Poor customer service and bad items shipped in box.

Great basic box for my 9yo.

Good System! Outdated though

Also good luck if you have to deal with Microsoft, worst customer service imaginable!

Quick shipping too. Very pleased with the system, although the Plants and Zombies game has to be downloaded which is kind of annoying. My son is loving his XBox!
