Love the new joysticks and the transforming d pad... Fantastic controller and awesome that comes with the play and charge kit. Battery lasted me about 3 months which was upsetting other than that great controller

the matte finish gives it a better feel. It doesn't feel so cheap like the glossy ones. They include indented joysticks instead of the little lines to make it feel better as well. with the new button colors it makes it look classier. I really like it.

Love that I can recharge it when I am not playing, with no need to constantly run out for batteries.

I could not believe how cool this is i bought it a month ago and i will never buy a different controller .

It was a present for my grandson who has small hands. It is a little over sized for small children to hold

Like previous buyers, i also went to my local (3) best buys to buy the SILVER EDITION. I noticed there SKU and model number (silver matte edition, QFF-00005) on the shelf was different from what was stocked (black edition QFF-00009). All 3 best buys gave the same response.. Thats what we have on our system but if you buy it online, they will give you the correct controller. As you already know this was not the case. For a controller that's worth almost $70, you would think they would fix this mistake. Returning and buying it also on Amazon.

At first glance the controller is a very sleek and unique. The silver and crome make the controller very attractive. It is pretty expensive when i purchased it was around 60 dollars that's more than a new game! Any way since I play fighting games I tend to use the dpad. The main reason why I wanted this controller was for this function. One day the dpad part just broke off rendering the Dpad useless and a pain.

The controller is easy to use and great for gaming.

Received controllers for X-mas and love them. No complaints. Work great with the system.

This was just a added on controller for me and now i wish i could go get a few more. the cost however is just to much but all in all its a great buy and if i had the cash id get 3 more to replace my old ones

For the value it was a GREAT purchase and I would recommend this controller to everyone.

At first I loved the controller and would recommend it to you instantly. I used this controller for probably 3 months now. I play with it regularly but just recently ALL of the buttons started sticking, even the Xbox button. If you buy this controller be sure to get the 6 month warranty, cause there is a good chance it will happen to you too. I failed to do so. But over all save yourself the trouble and find a different controller.

I've been looking around for the special edition, silver matte controller that is described. This website said it was available at my local Best Buy, so I went during my lunch break and it turns out they didn't have it. Was told to order from online and that it would be the correct one because it ships directly from the warehouse. Well, guess what. It wasn't the correct color, even though this ad says "Special-edition matte silver color". After reading the other reviews, I see this has happened to others as well. Never ordering from Best Buy online or actual store ever again. Amazon ftw.

sent wrong item, wanted silver special edition. Called customer server told that this is what i get because they cant honor the color, go figure now i have to go to the store never order from best buy on line again
