The controller is very nice but sadly the software for xbox controllers is very bad and it randomly disconnected from my PC. I got it fixed by updating the software. It might stop working again in the future and who knows if updating it will fix it again. That's why my review can't be higher.

The colors on this controller are amazing. The extra blue rubber grips on the back handles make this one of my favorite controllers.

My original controller has some minor issues, I bought this to replace it.

Didn’t think I’ll be buying two of these. There so many games out there I just hope the kids put desert mileage on the buttons before they destroy it.

A lot of details in the controller and the package looks really nice

In my experience the controller is very beautiful up close and handles pretty decently compared to a standard series X controller. My only issue is that the A button is feels a little loose (at least compared to the other buttons), however it could just be mine with this issue.

Feels smaller than previous Xbox controllers, but handles really well.

Works as good as original which came with Xbox series S.

Bought this to connect to my PC and it works perfectly. My PS4 controller always seems to drop its connection randomly when playing a game. With the new XBOX controller, I no longer have that issue.

Looks fire in my hands as I dominate the neighborhood kids. After a while, they get tired of catchin' that smoke so it doesn't last long in your hands. Would give it 5 stars if they weren't so expensive.

My son broke his controller and i wanted to pick it up the next day as a birthday present. The wheaton store had it and sent me an email for a curbside pick up and it was ready when i got there and my son couldn't be happier. Thank you Best Buy Team!

comfortable controller for gaming and looks good which is good

It is actually better than expected, buttons are smooth. Overall better gaming experience. Had to buy another after my son took my last one.

Purchased this for my wife along with the 2 year geek squad warranty as her last controller’s analogue stick had horrible issues with “drift” 1 day after warranty expiration.

overall the controller feels great and with every iteration Microsoft brings out feels solid in the hand and ergonomic. Overall have no complaints, solid controller for Windows PC which is what I'm using it for.
