Controller stick drift is a major problem for Microsoft Xbox and I’ve had to replace 3 in less than 2 years. One had within 2 weeks of getting it.

It has a matte finish, so be warned if that's a texture you don't like. It feels a little bit less dense than the Xbox One S controller. I really like the D-Pad on this. So far, it works great on my PC.

Appears to work well: no complaints. As for Best Buy, I don't shop there unless I absolutely have to. The customer service at the Green Bay store is horrendous.

The selection in-store is pretty non existent and has been for a while for X Box accessories. They apparently have items at a warehouse somewhere just not in person. We are longtime customers and this is not unusual.

Taking it in for repair at Best Buy Service Center.

BUT...it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I just received it on Jan. 7th. Although, when I ordered it said guaranteed before the 25th. I’m not sure what went wrong because I ordered it on Dec.15th.
