I’ve had to replace many over the years less than a year after purchasing. The most common issues I’ve had are buttons sticking and the audio jack not working.

Keeps disconnecting

Microsoft controllers are sub-par quality

Lackluster quality in virtually every part of the controller, including the batteries sent with it! Already a groove forming in the left stick after less than 4 hours of game play. It'll get you by, but don't expect repeat performance for longer than a month.
