The person who checked me out was super helpful and even helped me understand the price matching policy. Wasn’t able to price match but decided to go ahead and purchase the controller anyway since the employee was very transparent with me.

He requested this specific item for a Christmas gift. He has been using the product and has not requested a return or exchange. He would if he wasn't 100% happy with the controller. Therefore, it is my opinion that he is extremely pleased with the product!

I don't use the share button but it is there. I wish you.could map it to a macro but I'm not sure how. Maybe In accessibility settings. Click response is hreat so far. Grip is great. I wish it had built in microphone for when your headset bugs out or dies. Ps5 does this. Let's go microsoft that's am easy fix!

My boys like the way this one feels in their hands much better than our old ones. It's about a year old and still working awesome! Just order the charging station.

Controller is smooth to the touch and paired with the Power A rechargeable batteries (sold separately) this thing performs perfectly so far! Wish there were more color options but I'm sure there will be more.
