Works perfectly and arrived without any damage, easily my favorite controller out there.

This is a great rechargeable controller option for Xbox. I do wish that the paddles were included with each controller. It seems like a miss to charge extra for those on the side. Controller performs well, and had great battery life.

The controller is good quality, would like the LB and RB buttons to be more durable, but that is not Best Buy's issue.

Love how you can Customize your buttons to the back paddles easily through the app and plenty of joysticks and able to tighten the joysticks and accessories to find the one you like. Did get stick drift relatively fast but I do use it a lot.

Much better than the stock controller the Xbox came with. Especially with the rechargeable batteries

The controller feels really good and the chnageable stick are very nice but the controller like any other is susceptible to drift after a while and you would think with how much it costs it would last longer than a normal controller.

I absolutely love the feel of this controller. The weight is perfect! It feels like a quality piece of equipment. I don't use the extra toggles yet, but will as I become more familiar with it.

pretty decent controller. accidentally spilled water on it and it still works. the customizable paddles are good and it can be used and customized on the pc

All this remote control is really good. I use it all the time. It really lasts for 40 hours straight battery charge. You can mess with the settings of the remote control however you want it.

I originally had the original Elite controller, and upgraded to this one after I had multiple issues with the original. I did have my first unit eventually develop stick drift issues, so I took it in and was able to get a new one. So far, I have not had issues with the replacement after several months of daily use. I still wish we could map keyboard keys to the back paddles for things like Push to talk bindings in games. I've now become very attached to the option of swapping out the analog sticks for something is a better fit to my style.

Lasts 2 years of heavy daily use b4 srick drift. Get the warranty.
