Feals great, ergonomics are fantastic and has a solid feal. Built in battery performs as specified. Usually 40 hours life on a single charge even afyer 6/8 montha of use. The RB and LB buttons are still iffy. RB button works half the time after hours of use. The A button sometimes doesn't work when pressed. If you're gonna buy this item you might as well get a warranty.

Fantastic product, durable, long lasting and high quality materials

This is a great controller. Not sure if I'd say it was all that much better than the Version 1, but it does last. Personally, I preferred the Astro C40 controller for feel, use during game play and setup. However in 3 years, I went through 3 of the C40s, and my older Version 1 of this is still kickin. So if you don't feel like swapping controllers every year, and still want a controller that has the buttons on the back I'd recommend this one.

Good controller. Some flaws to it . Drifts and some buttons not so durable.

It takes a little getting used to the new bumpers but the feel of the controller is very premium. I have really enjoyed this controller.

Device is definitely better than standard Xbox controller hopefully will last longer I think Best Buy sent me the wrong open box but contacting and trying to fix this problem

Worked great for two years but started falling apart after. Now 3 years bumper does work and the hips are coming off

It a good controller but honestly we felt the standard XBOX controller was more comfortable. The elite has added trigger option on the bottom so it may be better for someone who play games which need extra triggers. We ended up using 2 or 3 times and sold it.

best controller ever. never have to worry about replacing batteries in the middle of an intense game.

Wouldnt buy one of these again. Didnt like the position of the rear paddles and how far they stuck out. The controller also got stick drift super fast, still in the return window. I was lazy and dumb and didnt return it. I ended up sticking with it in hopes I would get used to it. I ended up giving up on it and buying a Scuf controller. Scuf controller rear button placement is so much better in my opinion. I could not get used to playing with the 4 huge paddles on the back of this controller.

My son loves how easy this controller is to navigate between different functions. The battery charge lasts forever it seems, and the ergonomics are comfortable.

I've been using this controller for almost a year now and I love it. I think this is the best controller you can buy right now. You can remap the buttons, adjust the sensitivity of each joystick, make 3 presets of customization for different games. The joysticks themselves can be swapped out for different shaped ones that come with it. I have gotten so used to the the paddles on the back that I can't go back to a normal controller.

Controller is solid and overall the best xbox controller out right now. I only use two back buttons. If you’re looking for 4 back buttons, I’d suggest the Scuf Instinct Pro. Would also suggest getting the 2 year warranty from Best Buy because controllers are prone to having sticky buttons and stick drift over time.

Can never go back to the original controller! Was hesitant on the price but it really makes such a big difference.

Great controller with no stick drift. The customization for the front and real buttons are a game changer. The adjustable dead zone for the left and right trigger buttons reall help with fps games as well.
